WordPress Website Maintenance
We can take care of your website software updates and backups, and we even monitor your site for any issues. Your website is in safe hands with us. As soon as we receive a downtime alert, we’ll jump in and sort the problem out and get your site back online in no time. Your website will be well looked after, and we guarantee against anyone hacking your website.
Our maintenance service includes the following:
- Software, plugin and theme updates every 2 weeks.
- Website backups available for the last 30 days.
- Monitoring service: if anything happens to your website we receive an email after 5 minutes to alert of us any problems, and we will fix your website to make sure it’s back online again with minimum downtime.
- If there are any compatibility issues relating to software, plugin and theme updates, we will resolve those issues (related to broken or modified layout and styling only).
- If we are alerted about any software vulnerabilities which could compromise your website we will check/apply/remove any problems and inform you of these.
What’s NOT included:
- Adding / editing content.
- Testing any functionality beyond website layout and styling.
- Adding / customising any features on your website.
- Plugin and theme licence fees.
- Plugin and theme support if the latest software version does not work correctly. This is the responsibility of the plugin or theme developer, and if you have an up-to-date license they will assist you with those problems.
- We do not support plugin updates if plugins have been customised.
Pricing:
The standard price for this service is €15 / month + VAT. This is invoiced every quarter at €45 + VAT / quarter.
The standard price above is for an average WordPress website with lower number of plugins and doesn’t include the WooCommerce plugin. If you have a site with a large number of plugins and/or with the WooCommerce plugin then please contact us for pricing. Each website is unique and we will then assess the amount of work involved and provide you with a fixed quote.
