Sometimes you’ll need to clear your Magento cache without doing so via the admin panel. In this case log into your hosting account and open the File Manager. Now go to /www/var/cache and delete the contents of the folder. If you do this using FTP it can take a while for all the files to delete. If you do this via the File Manager the delete is instant.
