Website Development for TSG Training
TSG Training is one of the biggest software training course providers in the UK.
We’ve proudly taken care of the TSG Training website for a number of years. It was originally created in Joomla and was extremely difficult to use for both customers and website administrators. We migrated the entire site to WordPress / WooCommerce and have highly customised it over the years to include:
- Each course page lists multiple options for location, date and exam preference
- Ability to quickly add manual orders when helping customers over the phone and booking the course for them
- Ability for website administrators to quickly see who is booked on what course
- A fully automated system which sends exam date and time information to people attending the course (planned shortly before each course commences and not known at the time of booking)
- Zapier integration to send all order information to Xero bookkeeping system
