Are your Magneto URLs appearing with ‘?___SID=U’ at the end? This part of the URL is for the user session ID. If you would like to remove this then this can be removed in the admin configuration settings.
Go to System > Configuration > Web > Session Validation Settings and then set ‘Use SID on Frontend’ to ‘No’. See below.
